Default a small lesson from CMP race

Although I was not there...the facts are that 2 drivers pitted for one black flag. Hence, it might be deduced that it is not always 100% clear who the flag is being flown for, especially when the cars are following each other so closely. Before someone gets up in arms and tells me not to bash the corner workers - I am not. All I am saying is that **** happens sometimes and it is nobody's fault, especially when we do not have F1-style communications to make sure who the flags are for. This is pertinent not just to racing but to lapping days, HPDEs, etc.

Ross - who was electronically sodomized once for "ignoring" a blue flag

I believe the powers that be have recognized the problem and intend to have a number board at subsequent races.

Yes, the black flag station(s) need to have a number board. (For a full course black flag, you do not need a number board of course since all corner stations are displaying the black flag.)

Just so you know Jim Johnson (Race Control Official) Was they guy who threw the black flag, and he tried his best to make sure that it was for corey.. i.e. he was pointing the black flag at corey.. however if your infront like Warren was.. you would not see the pointing.. However Grumpy did say he was going to bring a board or something with nubmers to future Races.. so hopefully this wont happen again.

yeah like I said, it's not the flaggers that cause the problem...it's just not a 100% accurate system.

The first blag flag at start/finish was easily able to be seen by Jack, Warren, and I.. So we continued, then next was the same, I was waiting for one to be pointed at me, if it was me... The 2nd time by start finish, Jim Pointed it at me, so I knew it was me, but Warren didn't know.... If the first flag would have pointed at me in the first place, I would of known, but who knows if that would have gotten my attention...

Grumpy, Warren and I addressed the situation, its a tough break for Warren, and Alex got handed the win.. A pit board/flag #s will be present for next race...
