Evap purge help.. cali smog
I recently swapped a jdm d15b into my civic and as many know there is no vacuum line on the IM for the evap purge solenoid. Well its time to get smogged and thats pretty much a guaranteed failed visual inspection in Cali so I was wondering what you guys have done to fix this. I really dont want to swap my US mani on there. Can I just "tee" off another line? Anyone done this before? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
oh crap... i just did a swap on my car with a d15b and i had the same problem with mine. all i did was drill a hole on the lip were the evap purge solinoid is suppost to be and screwed it in with a self taping screw..... and wala there you go!
i would post a pic for you but dont know how still somewhat of a nooby.
