HELP!!! took off plug wires and forgot to mark where they go.
I took off my spark plug wires and my dumb ***
forgot to mark which port they go into the disteributer. Can someone help?????

I'm not sure exactly how to fix this problem but the wires should go from longest to shortest, meaning the longest goes in the farthest hole and the shortest in the closest hole... This is how I understood your question, so if it's not the right answer, please be more specific... HTH...
read from left to right, 1 and 2 are on the bottom, 3 & 4 are on the top side of the dist. Cylinder #1 is farthest from the dist, count from right to left, 4 is closest.
thanks but if thats wrong and i try to start what will happen or will i know if it is wrong just to be safe

Isn't there some kind of mark on the #1 terminal on the dist. cap? If so, check to see if this is the order:

That's if you're looking from the passenger side of the car. And remember that the order will go around clockwise if looking from that side of the car (since the distributor side is always the "back" of the engine).

Rotor rotation is clockwise, but the firing order is not sequential, its 3421
