You rival John Edwards for biggest douche of the universe
And you still need to take the words "using" and "having sex with" out of your sig, in order for it to make sense

I was being nice, I am suprised nobody flamed you yet for asking a question that has been SOO talked about that your post actually did not need to be posted at all. Your post was actually a waste of space in the first place, if you seriously search then you will find all the info you need. and I do know what you need as I have done it before but now you definetely gotta search and find it yourself

I'm not an EF expert, but i can lend some advice.
You will need (i think) a rear disc brake setup from any 88-91 Civic/CRX or 90-93 integra. This should bolt up if you have the trailing arms and all.
Someone correct me if im wrong.

yeah I did search, but I found all different stuff, and I was just wondering if you get the stuff from a 91 CRX SI can you just use all of that, or do you need to get some stuff from the teg. exactly everything you need from exactly what cars

90-93 complete rear disc with e-brake cables. do not use the upper and lower control arms from the teg use the ones from the ef, better geometry. optional but well worth it a mster polyeurathane bushing kit, if not at least the rear trailing arm bushing in polyeurathane. highly recomended, is to get the proportioning valve, master cylinder and booster from the 90-93 teg with rear disc of course. do not get one from a teg that has a.b.s. this will gives you better pedal pressure and you well stop on a dime. trust me i have a rear disc conversion on my 91 ef. for a plus you can get some steel braided brake lines and now will be a great time to upgrade your brake fluid. i use valvoline synthetic. hope this helps, good luck..

unless you get them for $10 at a junkyard. then just secure them properly and enjoy the good brakes. this is a great swap, but i recommend the poly bushing swap at the same time. you can use the upper/lower arms from the teg, but your rear tires might rub. i think the geometry is the same, but the track width is 1/2" wider.

so why use them and run the chance of having you tire rub, why not just keep the ef geometry by using what it came with from the factory?

Yes it will make a difference. You need to cut a EF in half horizontally and do the same to yours weld the two together and then you can use your Skunk2 blower control arms so your car can be 3 times faster around a corner.
you can get either 90-93 integra DA lower trailing arms or 93-up integra both models gsr and LS. you can also run the abs type trailing arms just take off the abs sensors(im running a 1997 integra gsr disk brake conversion with abs deleted.)
you will need :
trailing arms with hub assembly
toe alignment bars (sedans MUST use the sedan toe alignment)
camber alignment etc
ebrake cables (DA, DC)(sedans must use DA sedan ebrake cables.)
very straight forward easy job and might as well get the 4040 prop valve while your at it.
i have an extra set of gsr ebrake cables
