I know it will bolt up, but can I use the SRS/horn/cruise control?

 

Did some more searching and it won't fit. Looks like I'm getting either the JDM wheel or the DC2 ITR wheel

 

the dc2 ITR wheel fit 4th gens? I always thought that the 4th gens weren't compatible with about any other honda, especially any with a nice wheel
