No sir, that's the RSX C-pillar bar

would i have the cut the panels on my 92-95 hatch?

no sir, you will use existing rear seatbelt bolts, you need to remove the little cap and you will see the bolt, that's where it will go

One other question, I don't want the bar that goes right behind the driver + passenger seats, i want the one that is right above the rear seats. Do you sell that one?

k right on, I was looking at pictures, the 96-00 hatch has caps on the belt bolts, the 92-95 yes you do have to cut or remove the panels, sorry for misscommunication
