again, no ***-kicking is in order; no violence please. i just want to let the seller as well as the local police know that this will not go unchecked. if someone or several people can just take the info to the police to let them know that this person is not untouchable without their (reluctant) help, it might spur them into action- it makes them look bad if they are notified, do nothing, and things get ugly if someone takes it upon themselves to settle it (even if the victim forbids it). i want my $, and to let scammers (and police) know that we don't tolerate scams. thanks for your support.

it's been a month. even if i get my stuff, or a refund, i'd still like to ensure her suffering for putting me through this. i'd like her to spend this summer in jail, with no chance of parole or probation. i'd even wait for my refund or parts for her to get out just to **** her over (since prisoners do not have to pay until released). bitch.

 

hey guys, thanks for the response/help. i PM'd those who expressed interest. i copied all of the relevant documentation/receipts, etc. to send you, as well as the written statement, dated and signed as the police require when filing a report; it just has to be dropped off with a brief explanation (perhaps that it might be in the interest of the police to investigate before someone else decides to take it up themselves)- i included the # of the report which i filed with my local police, as well as the # of the investigating officer and that of the records dept, so the departments can deal directly with eachother and not bother anyone else.
