IM GASKET
dude, you gotta control that caps lock. Anyway, its simple to install with the right tools and the time. Just need to unbolt the top of the mani as well as the side bolts and you can kinda pry it apart a bit, take out the thin dinky gasket and slide in the Hondata IMG. Takes about a half hour to 45min.
It keeps the manifold very cool. If you try and touch it after idle for like 10min with OEM gasket you'll pull back with no skin on your fingertips. (or wrist like me). After the Hondata IMG gasket you can actually touch it (still hot so don't be dumb). But it drops the temp quite a bit giving you a more powerful feel and responce. It's a worthwhile investment.

somebody was tellin me that u had to take one of the studs out of the block and u had to take the whole manifold off and i thought that the gasket went through the bolts so wouldnt u have to take the whole manifold off
