Default three engine swaps, two head swaps

first a question,

will a 1990 1.5 HF motor, fit in place of a 1988 1.5 DX

as long as it will, then ill have my car on the road in no time at all, I am attempting to swap the heads on two 1.5 DX motors, and install the better of the two in my 1989 DX (this will be an 88 block)

then I want to put my raced out motor on my stock tranny in my 1988 with a new 6 puck race clutch once this is good to go, ill change over the disk brakes and roll bar and other goodies. Assuming of course that all of this stuff will interchange.

Alot of D series miss match, and yours are some of it, everything will bolt up. Just don't use the HF head, use yur DX head...but I think you said that? Your post was hard to follow.

sorry, the head swap is between two dx motors, so no problem there, the hf motor, which may be a dx motor after all is going into the dx onto the dx tranny, and its the built engine.
