Default weird clicking noise

hey, i just turbo-ed my accord n its been running great but with a few small problems here and there. Just a couple days ago i've been hearing a clicking noise on the front driver side of the car. it makes the clicking noise everytime i step on the gas. but if i drive slow then theres no noise. I searched sum of the same problems and their problem was the wheel bearings. do u tink thats the problem? by the way i have a 6th gen w/ 106,000 miles on it thanks for the help the noise is getting very annoying

wheel bearings.... CV joint. check your boots first to see if they are damaged.
