Default F22 valves

well i put a cam gear on and did some noob **** and assumed the obx cam gear was tightend which it wasnt and it went all the way in advanced and im pretty sure i bent my valves, cuz it runs like im on 3 cylinders and vtec wont kick in amymore. but im lookin for some titanium valves, where can i find some??

Come on *****s. My home boy has a sohc vtec head and i think im just gonna swap him heads and this will fix my problem.

Yeah i already searched and accordvtec i already seen those. but im getting a whole head to swap out so im gonna be good. but whut you guys know about the block gaurds. cuz when i have the head off im thinkin about puttin one on since i have open deck.

Search for it there are biased opinions on block guards and sleeving the block. If your running the f22a/b you shouldnt need it. The Sleeves can handle quite a bit of abuse stock.

You shouldn't need a block guard, especially without boost.

But i wanna go boost. on stock bottom end. this guy is actually just gonna give me this f22b1 head so i can drive my car while i get this one fixed. and im probably going to get it cleaned up and port and polish it with upgraded springs and vales and **** cuz those valves are bent also. yeah i wanna do the block guard because im going to the service and before i go i wanna get my car somewhat kwik cuz i'll just buy another one when i get out and it'll be tight to have it on base. but i mean what kind of tests can be done to see the how much the block guard really helps? i cant think of any unless they just blow a motor.
