Default please help with lowering car

hi i have a 96 gsr that i bought about 5 months ago and it came lowered (slammed). i want to lower it alittle more and make it look clean. im not sure if these springs are bad or not because everytime i jack my car up or hit a speed bump or sharp turn, the springs make creaking noises. i dont know how long they have been on the car because i bought it used from a private party and forgot to ask. the only thing i know about them is that the shocks are tokicos and the springs are BLACK.
this is ganna be my daily driver and i want a smooth but aggressive ride. have about 500 to spend and just wondering what i need to do.
can i just replace the springs with even more shorter springs and keep the shocks or would i need to replace the shocks along with the springs?

please post a pic or your car and list what you have please! and how low is the drop.

Find a way to clean the spring and tell us if you see any stamp. It would suck if they are chopped oem springs
What kind of tokicos are they? what color are they?
post a pic of the car so we can see if it's really slammed.

ok so you have tokiko blues, not the greatest shock if you want to go the lowest you can (slam it). Get coilovers, like ground control. The good thing is that you can get them in custom spring rates that suit your needs and they are adjustable as well. They are around $300 but they are worth it.

How much money are you willing to spend? and are your shocks blown?

im not sure if my shocks are blown, i have about 500 to spend on suspension. i was thinking about getting coilovers but they seem to be pretty expensive. 700+
any good suggestions? i want a pretty comfortable and agressive ride. hehe i know thats asking alot for my budget but what doyou guys think?

if i get coilovers i can get rid of my springs and shocks that i have on right now correct?
thank you
