Default want to know if this is possible

i have a 1995 acura integra 1.8L 16v B18B1 series and i want to know if it possible to put a GSR cylinder head on my B-series engine. i just want to know if anyone has done this or known anyone who has. i want to know if the bolts to hold it down match up. because i want to do a head swap and do mods to it, thanks for the input guys.

This is called an LS/Vtec. There are approximately 17,453,984 posts about this on HT. There are some instructions somewhere on here regarding how it's done and the conversion kit you'll probably want to get to make it easier.

an ls is the exact engine u just described in your first post

The B18B is the LS engine from 94+. The B18C1 is the GSR. Take the head from the GSR, put it on the LS, and now you have an LS/Vtec. It's not quite that simple though, there's a few extra steps you have to do besides just dropping the head on there. You're having someone do this for you, right?

Ok check out the upper right hand side of the main page, see that red word, it is Search It will be your new best friend.

There are somne really good write ups about LS/V with good how and what you need to make it a good and powerfull setup. It is not as simple as just bolting a head on and going. You will need to some mod's with the oil lines (look up the golden eagle kit) and you will have to run wires for VTEC to work.

Prepare to spend lots of time reading first, then preparing, then working.
