front windshield wipers. too long? why they hit ??
just installed some windshield wiper and arms for my 95 RS. it didnt come with a passenger side one so i installed and replaced my driver side one too b/c it was old. thing is these 2 windshield wipers are longer then my old one, ( they came from a friends crashed dc2 ) wondering if i installed them wrong? i put the longer one for driver side and shorter one for passenger, but thing is when its at rest, not moving, it seems as the driver one is so big its touching the passenger one. did i install them correctly?

means your wiper linkage isnt sitting on correctly or its loose. its a 10mm bolt loosen it, align the wiper linkage, then tightly close the bolt.

the black bolt correct.. its tight, but ill try to loosen it and move the wipers up a bit see if that helps..

My 98 had the same problem... I had to take the 14 mm nut (12 or 14... I don't rightly remember) off where the wiper arm meets the linkage and remount the arm positioned counter clockwise about an 1/8 of a turn. It was all good after that.
