i'm in the process of building up an NA drag car that'll do around 11 down the 1/4 (at around 120mph). i'll be running a 5sp manual tranny (probably a T2T4 out of the jdm accord sir-t as i'll be using the f20b engine or the T2W4) and using 8.5/23-15 m&h slicks.

what was was wanting to know is what would be a good first gear ratio? i dont really need to know the ratio as i'll work that out myself (tyre and final drive dependant obviously), but what would be a good redline mph (10000rpm redline). i'm more than happy to go custom gears

just for info, the ratios stock are :

T2T4 = 3.285 - 1.956 - 1.344 - 1.034 - 0.812 - 4.266 (final)
T2W4 = 3.285 - 2.090 - 1.481 - 1.071 - 0.812 - 4.266 (final)
