Default ION Headlights

Are these headlights using an ion film or is it painted on there?

YEah is there anyone out there that has had experience with these headlights? If it's a film, is it inside the glass or on the outside?

well...the thing is...racing lab is selling this ion film, and I'm wondering if the stuff on the accord headlights above is the same stuff. I've never seen a paint that looks like ion. Is there such a paint?

Well, that's the whole idea. Pretty colors. I have an 04 accord, which they don't make ionized headlights for (and probably never will), so I'm trying to find the best way to do it myself.

Any more experiences? Anyone?
