Speedometer not working and vtec not engaging.
How do i know if my speedo cable is not working properly, I thought that it WAS NOT supposed to move when it's clipped into the transmission..Is that true? In my case, my speedo cable DOES move up and down, when it's in the tranny...Well i tried pushing it down father into the tranny, but still no speedometer, do i need to replace this one? How can i tell?

okay.. when you try pulling it... does that pin hold it in place.... if not its not in there properly...
did you ever remove the speedo cable from the gauge cluster... cuz if you did the cable (that thing the spins is not in there properly) you will have to remove the cluster and push it back in properly... and then also make sure that it set in right in the tranny...
