Default Swap Question

I have a 91 Rex With a D15B and have a p08 V-tec head on it, i am planning on swapping the P08 head for a P2j(Y-8) head. The y8 head has a 3 angle valve job, and a Hi pro cam. will this benefit compression? Also the head that its on my car is stamped P08-6 can anyone tell me exectaly what head it is, ive searched but nothing comes up for P08-6.

Thanks
