Default Civic Sedan -- 2400 lbs exactly with GSR motor... full interior :P

I went to the track last night, and weighed the Civic LX Sedan, and it weighed in at 2400 lbs with the GSR motor in it and full interior. That made me really happy... All you guys with SI hatches weigh almost as much as me

The only thing that reduced weight was taking the spare out, and I have a lawnmower battery... its pretty light and cranks the car fine. Thats it... all the AC stuff is still there, along with the powersteering.

The Civic turned out a dissiapointing time if 15.271@90.91 with a 2.45 60ft time. The suspension is tottally stock (havent gotten time to put it in) and the tires Nitto NT450s suck ***. Hopefully after I get the suspension on I should drop into the 14s.

Hey I didn't know you could weigh your car at Memphis Motorsports? Where is the scale? Wish I could have weighed mine when I was there last month.

Z10 radius arms should all but eliminate wheel hop, depending on how good your tires are. Do I have to pay extra to use that scale or can I just roll up on it?

Hmmmm. SO my sedan is a dx plus it has no a/c crap, no power steering, the trunk is completely gutted, and I removed all of the sound dending material everywhere!! , along with it no longer having the Air bags. I have a 99 gsr with only 4-2-1 dc headers Hmmm so then i should be clocking in at least 14.7's right?? Oh and it rolls on Rota slipy's w/falken Azeins. What do you guys think?? If i drive good what should i hit??

Patrick -- yea I know about the Z10 Raidius arms. I may go ahead and get em in prep for turbo coming in the very near future :/

Does putting a full prothane bushing kit in help at all?

Oh --BTW the scales are free to use... just roll up on em
