Default OBD0 to OBD1

hi all, ive got a 1988 honda crx si and i have a d16z6 that i was going to just swap in there un till i have enough money to buy a b16 set up.

now my questions are if i do the obd-1 converstion for the d16z6. would i be able to use this set up when i get my b16? or will it just be better to leave it alone and wait to get a OBD-0 b16?
and is a d16z6 swap basicly a plug and play thing, real easy? i have feeling it is.

i know this question my have be asked a milion times .

any help is greatly appresiated. thank you

Default Re: OBD0 to OBD1 ('90 honda crx)

I would go ahead and convert to OBD1, run the z6 as it was intended with the proper ECU etc....
After you do the wiring it is plug & play LOL....as far as mounts & linkage go
You won't regret converting it once it's done. And there are plenty of OBD1 B16's available to swap in.
