Cool Primer Sealer...

Laying down the SI Blue

Gotta get them door jams for a cleaner look

Now, finally, with a clear coat.

Not fully done yet. Will have more pics in a couple of days. Still have to paint my front bumper, side skirts, front lip and side view mirrors.

It looks good. Why did you paint the gas struts that hold the hatch up? Did you paint the rubber trim that runs along the front of the hood?
NICE!!! Work paid off real well. Would have been done had the car not been fixed HALF-*** by previous shops.. But at the end well worth it to see your hard work paid off with a PLUS, knowledge on AUTOBODY!!! LBC to the fullest.. HAHAHA

haha, me and blkcivicpnoi put in two months of hard labor. yeah. i forgot a few things to cover up like the wheel well, and the gas shocks for the trunk. i can just use some laquer thinner to take it off. painting the engine bay would have been too much more work to do and i already took so much time off of work too. I covered the rubber trim around the hood. I was trying to take it off, but it's really hard to take off. Another thing that was hard to remove was the rubber trim around the inside part of the doors. It's been a hella experience. Can't take your **** to a half *** paint shop when you can do it yourself. Paint cost me 400 bucks, primer and primer sealer was 120 so i spent around 600 for everything. well worth it.
Yeah, it's a shop class at lbcc. yeah, that's what I did, shave the sides and the trunk holes. You should take it with rudy if you do take the class. he lets you just work on your car.
Yeah, I had an ek before and I wanted to make it like a mini SI, but never got around to it.
