Default HONDA CIVIC 2001 coilover problem

I have a 2001 honda civic that I just had skunk2 coilovers and tokico shocks and struts put in. The coilovers are working fine in the front but the back coilovers are maxed out at the lowest setting and the rear is still very high plus it hits bumps very very hard in the rear. The springs are very tight in the rears and cant adjust the coilovers in the rear either way. Any info would help alot. All I have heard so far is that the bump stops arent cut. HELP !!!
the bumps are killing me...
Please email me any info... dabrain1@optonline.net
