Default { HELP NEEDED } D16a9 (ZC ) giving Weird noises when first run.

hello ppl and again I have prob's with my engine.

I completed the swap, it all went good , I followed every instruction.
I turned the key and checked for error codes on the ECU, no errors..

a day after I went to the shop for oil, gas, and cooling fluid.. put them in.. and turned the key while I prayed to a god

Immediatly it turned on.. But I immediatly heard a fucked up sound.. like there are things twisting and turing in a plastic box..

I dont know what to do now, I'm no honda mechanic so I think it ends for me here..

I recorded some video's with a phone I got..

the sound of the video's are a little bit disturbed.. it's not the real sound, on the video u think of damaged/broken bearings, but it's not really like that..

I was thinking of the water pump, since I see little drops of cooling fluid underneath the cover of the distribution belt... I hope you can help me a little bit

and the valves

Nope I didn't I realize now that that was stupid of me.. The timing belt is oke..

The waterpump sprocket isn't static.. I can move it with a screwdriver.. about 2 or 3 mm ( metric system )

I don't know the word for it "speling" in English , I only know the Dutch word..

Anyways, I can move the sprocket.. from right to left, up & down.. like it isn't attached properly..

combine that with the Cooling fluid drops my conclusion is that the water pump is making the sound and is responsable for the drops of cooling fluid.

right or not right?

Do the timing belt while its out, and be sure to get a Honda one. I made the mistake of getting an advace one. Its cheap, and if it goes, so does your engine.

dude it's already" in " . Getting the engine out.. by hiring a engine lifter, renting a car for it and all is to expensive..

I'll have to change the belt & water pump while its "in"

you dont need to remove the engine out to change the timing belt, water pump, tensioner. it would be alot easier while its out, but now that its in...its gonna be more of a hassle

more of a hassle how? I can replace the belt/tensioner and pump in about 15 minutes with the engine in the car.

I can move the waterpump sprocket by 2-3mm's

it's havin'a lot of "play"

That's making the noise following a honda mechanic.. i'm thinking about changing the TB myself or go to a garage.

Thanks for your support dude, I already have a new alternator so that isn't a problem anymore, I only hope now that the CNC Waterpump print isn't damaged so the gasket can't close the holes anymore.. but i'll give it a try at home.
