I recently installed a b16a tranny with lsd in my del sol. I bought it from shop near by but when i installed it reverse goes foward and every gear is first gear. I checked the shift linkage and all the other basics and everything seems to be in line. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

Worrrrrrrrrd, it's like....backwards :-O That's too funny IMO.. You won't find the answer to a problem like that in the shift linkage that you checked. Something like that is inside the tranny, you have to pull it down and pull it apart, or if it's near by like you said it was I'd bring it back and ask 'em what the hell is going on

 

Ok thats whta i was planning on doing, but i have never heard of somethign liek this and was afriad i would bring it there and be sonme basic thing and feel like an idiot. Thx alot. When i figure it out i wil lget back to you guys.
