1995 Honda Accord Antenna
My antenna will not go up and down. I can hear the motor come on when I start. Does anyone know how to replace the plastic piece with teeth that rolls up in the plastic gear. I believe it might be broken. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

You need an antenna wrench....just undo the top "nut", then turn on the radio. While it's coming out gently pull up until it comes out. Insert the new MAST inside and turn the radio off and let the antenna go all the way in. Then refasten the top "nut" then you're done.

no need for the tool.just get some thin needle nose pliers and remove the nut,,,,,,,and unless there is a broken piece inside the motor which by the way it happens 90% of the time .. follow Mestizo.directions,, if there is a broken piece you need to remove the motor, remove the rear cover ( phillip screws ) pop off the plastic piece and remove the broken mast ,
put all together ....

Damn. Didn't even think about that...but I really don't like "cheating" or using improper tools, although that's just me. If the tool's available I'd rather use it.
