04 CBR 1000RR maintenance question

Anyone know a good link to a how site for changing fluids and filters? Also anyone know a good way to secure an extra helmet while riding? I did searches but nothing came up

secure a second helmet? Under your passenger seat or seatcowl there should be a hook that you use to hook the hookstrap of your helmet onto it.

I would not put the passenger helmet on that hook. The helmet will still bounce around and knock into the tail. A bungee net or a helmet-carrying backpack is a safer method.
