Default creaking sound when turning the wheel

I here a creaking sound when i turn the wheel left or right. I have replaced both lower ball joints. Has anyone experienced this before. Any help would be great. It doesn't do it when front wheels are off the ground.

Also is it possible to put the steering tie rods on the bottom of the knuckle? They sit at a angle moving them to the bottom would lessen the angle.

You might need new axels. Go check to see if the boot is torn.

You may need to get some ramps to drive onto so you can check underneath while your friend turns the steering wheel...

What makes you think that it's "bad" to have the tie rods at an angle? The tie rods must stay in proper relation to the upper & lower control arms. If you relocate only 1 point out of 6 you are going to have some serious bump-steer issues. If your UCA & LCA are at an angle, your tie rod better be at an angle too. The Integra/Civic suspension is well designed thought it's range of motion and responds quite well to lowering....
