Default Need some help from any NY (long island preferably) ITR owners

I'm sure a lot of you have seen the JDM front ITR that I've taken pictures of, well he needs some help and being that he doesn't have an HT account, I'm making the post.

His inspection is up, but the problem is he has a JDM p73 ecu so he can't pass because the inspection computer can't read it. We were hoping someone could lend out their USDM ecu for a couple hours so he could use it for his inspection. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

You'd need an ECu from a 97 or 98 due to the whole immobilizer issue on the 00's and 01's. Problem is I think I was the last 98 in NY from H-T that is close to you. And I sold my caR in November

I may have one from the ITR motor I bought several years ago. I never used the ECU but I will need to see what year it is from.

Thanks I appreciate it. As Opie said it's gotta be from a 97 or 98, so if its OBDIIa it should work. Integra's switched over to OBDIIb in 00. If you don't know how to tell the difference, http://hondata.com/techecuid.html check there it has pics for comparasion.

I just checked it and it looks to be an OBDII P73 ECU.
