Heat shield problem..

Heat shield problem..
Hey guys, I've been having alot of trouble with a heat shield rattling on my CRX and I can't get it to stop.. I've heard people say to just take it off and others say not to so I'm just looking for some other opinions.

If it is the shield underneath the car on the exhaust then use a coat hanger. Wrap it around and tighten with pliers. Ford Ranger pick-ups are famous for this rattle!
If it is the exhaust manifold shield just remove it, or bend it far anough away that it doesn't make any more noise.
