You will get better answers by hanging out in the Integra, Allmotor and Hybrid forums.
A motor out of an '04 Accord will be a fairly mild motor, only 160 HP. That's still a big step up for a '90 Integra, of course, and if you got the motor really cheaply (which is likely), then you will have done well for yourself.
I have never seen a K motor in an Integra that old. Best of luck. But you'll get better help in the other forums.
