Picked this car up for $700. Fun car and will keep me busy as my lastest project. Just wondering if the colour is considered to be rare or not?

 

I have seen lots in that color here in BC so at least in Canada its not.That looks like a clean Civic though

pretty common color down here in cali

but good deal on a clean car. dont think ive seen one that nice in calgary b4

 

damn i paid 800 for mine that looked like that a few dings but its a dx ;( i want a 91 si hatch soooo bad.

 

pretty rare my way...Seeing how its a 1 year 1 model only color....(91 si only)


not sure how it is up in canada though..but thats a great pickup and damn mint for a canada car

are 91 si hatchys pretty common? i want a 91 si soo bad, you know where i could buy one or trade my dx hatach for it lol.

 

Just realized after looking around....Canada cars do have a couple cool oem options us cars didn't have.
- no door mounted seat belts (i knew that)
- painted door handles
- painted mirrors

 

i want someone to put a sunroof in my dx hatchback, cut a square and put one in , i hear getting them done that way there bad for leaking, thats all i like on the si only reason i want one is for the sunroof.

ya was going to say.. it looked like the speedo went up to 240. thats a nice cluster.. i want one for me dx with mpfi sedan. so i can get rid of my flashy after market wallmart tach lol.

 

What is rare is that you found a good 4G civic for just $700!!!!!

 

I'm jealous! Give it a hell of a cleaning, a nice wax, then start a swap! (Unless you want a nice daily that is...)

You sure about that? dx doesnt come tahiti green you must have celestial blue..they look similar..tahiti green only comes on 91 civic/crx si

 

i got the dx model 91 with the beautifull Red lol

 

that thing is HOT. the body panels look like they all line up right, and your driver seat is not innihilated like everyone elses. thats amazing. did you mention how many miles were on it?

the tahitian green is a pretty common color where i am from. there are 5 in my town. only 1 is an si though. check my sig for the my ef family to see 2 of them.
