Where to get turbo installed in VA?
I say just throw that baby in yourself. Get yourself a helm's manual and w/ the the help from people on here you can do it yourself if you have some basic knowledge of cars and tools.
You can install it yourself but you will probably run in to frequent problems down the road. I am getting a JRSC soon and having it put in by Autothority in Fairfax, VA, even though I have a general knowledge of how to do it. My suggestion is to go to Autothority. They are the best shop probably in all of Virginia. The techs know what they are doing and have lots of experience. Turbos and superchargers are installed regularly. Not sure about what they will charge though. Good luck.
Inline Pro, expensive but they do great work.
Or you can hit up SGT...one of the only guys in the world I would hand a wrench to and trust him with anything on my car...anything. Cheaper than inline, most likely as well. Steve@SGT-Racing.com

don't try to cut corners...if you feel hesitant about installing yourself definitely hit up SGT on this board or inline pro. My friend and I hooked up everything correctly besides the line from the wastegate to the turbo(hooked it up to top port(for electronic boost controller) instead of the normal port. ended up destroying one of my pistons. Im sure many people on here can do it themselves, but theres nothing wrong with getting a professional install done.
