noob question......
not even enough info and even if it was, there is no way of telling what would make you run such crappy times, except a crappy motor, so I would suggest some fine tuning.

ITS VTEC, VTECH IS A PHONE!!

Why would you need a fuel pump, fpr, and tuning with a stock b16a2? Just use a stock pr3 or pwo and drive it.......

Theres alot of reasons why you can only get 15.6.......maybe driver, maybe clutch, maybe engines shot, tires, suspension, weight down, etc etc

Vtec is set at stock,i was told Vtec is set where it should be if your using stock cams for max performance,if you have aftermarket cams then it should be changed to make max performance for those cams

intake manifold can lower your performance.... because you lose the vacum effect. rpm @ 9500rpm stock head / stock cams. not going to do ANYTHIGN for you. you will not make power that high. and will just drop a valve shift at 8200. icant reember b16 red... 8200 8700? what was it guys. dont be shiftin at 7 your barly in vtec. chip *thumbs down* chips can LOWER performance. most of the time its just BS. i dunno i dont beleive in chips. i beleive in tuning.

good luck.
also what elevation?

haha there is no obdo p28....You are either converted to obd1 or dont have a p28..did you build the car or buy it like this? maybe you need a differernt chip...Try and get one with a stock b16 program,,no need for this 9500 rev limit ****.

ok the engine is obd2 and it was converted to obd0,i helped build my car,i just didn't do much of the wiring so i wasn't sure,i was told by the kid that helped with the wiring that it was a p28,so i guess its not then, ill check to see what it is.the ecu was givin to me chipped, that wasn't my choice i just needed one.i have the piggy back harness to change it to obd1 i also got that for free, can i get the car tuned with obd0 or should i change it to obd1 first?its not the driver,i have had others run my car, almost the same ,15.5 consistant.where should i start new obd0 ecu, then tune, or change obd0 to obd1,then tune? can i just take the chip out or do i have to replace it? and what should i do about making sure my vaccum is straght with the intake manifold?

Do yourself a favor...get rid of that chipped ecu and get a stock pr3 or pw0 wire in the 4 wires and ground for vtec and you'll notice faster times and it will run better to

does vtec even kick in now?

Judging by this info..Heres what I think is wrong...ECU sux..get PWO or PW3 I believe. LS tranny has tall gear..BAD for the 1/4 mile...215/55/16 tires...they are way way to tall and that coupled with the bad gearing of a LS tranny will slow you down.....Its like having a 400hp SBC in a camaro with a peg legger 2.41 rear axel...its gonna be slow but you change that gearing and its gonna make a difference. So get some smaller diameter tires(close in size to what comes on our cars) find a gsr cable trans? or get a b16a cable trans..then you should be in the faster
