23k is a little much, Id bargain him down a few. But a nice find and very clean car.
Id do it if i could get him to 21k-22k. But it only has 14k on the clock, so he probably wont budge on the price.

dude im an ap1 fan....i got a 03 with 5,648 miles on the dot. for 25k. i coulda bought a ap2 if i wantted to but as everyone kows ap2's Blow....j.k but yeah listen to the other guys and try and negociate. 23k seems roughly high. trust me!
