Default Rod Bearing Question

I need to replace the rod bearing in my block it was never started after the bearing was spun so I was tol,d that it should be fine and that I just replace the bearings. I was told that I might need oversized ones but how will I know if I do or not and where do I get over sized ones at?

Honda sells like 5 different sizes of bearings. They are color coded for different clearances.
