Default driving with a slightly warped/bubbled tire. Can it make my brake pads uneven, ruin my suspension?

I got my tires last year with a 70k mile warranty. I lived in Los Angeles then and now live in South OC. The tire developed a slight warp (back tire) and I can definitely feel it. Anyways I don't have time during the week and on Sat I'm going to a wedding and won't be able to go back to the shop to replace it.

Am I hurting my car's rotors, pads or suspension by driving with a slightly warped tire. I think I won't have time to get it replaced under their warranty till next week.

no you are risking a blowout that is all. make sure you gto a good spare this weekend since going places in your is more important than making sure your car makes it there.
