Default Problem with my civic 94 starting

I have a honda civic 94 DX.. when iam about to start it in the morning its giving me a problem. when it starts an iam stepping on the gas it seem like it wants to turn of.. an then its start. this problem is only when the engine is cold.. could someone help me with this.. iam thinking that it could be my fuel injectors..

Are you talking about when you "tap" on the gas or when you go to press on the accelerator?

it's fuel injected, you shouldn't have to do this when it's cold.

OK this is what happens, when its cold or hasnt been started in a long time(24hours) it turns over but shuts off when I dont pump the throttle a little bit. And even when I pump the throttle it makes a wierd knocking noise but after a while(30 seconds of feathering the throttle) it stays on. Its almost like its carbed.
