i searched, did not find nothing.


i have a 88 crx si with sohc zc, i plan on adding some minor bolt ons i/h/e etc...
But the thing i was wondering when searching for these parts online/local shops do i look for them for d16a6's because i have not seen one site with parts for zc. I was also interested in gettin a aftermarket cam, but not sure where to look online.


please dont flame on me, dont really feel like hearing it since thats all this site is...

yes, just look for parts for the D16A6. they are essentially the same motor. all parts are completely interchangeable for the SOHC ZC non-vtec.

 

As far as I/H/E the A6 will work. Make sure it's for 88 SI a6

 

the cam is actually the only difference between SOHC ZC and our D16A6.

any part for the CRX Si will fit.

take note if you have a MPFI or Carb'ed ZC cam. if theres a funny lobe at the distributor end, its a carbed cam. the carbed cam is junk. the mpfi cam might be worth something to someone.

btw, do a search under "sohc" in this forum archive. plenty of info.
