Default Header for a 13:1 cr?

I have a 97jdmITR with CTR-PCT pistons and a Mugen 2 layer gasket TODA valve train and TODA A2 camshafts etc... and i'm using the 98jdmITR header. Is that a suitable header for my set up or what would you ITR owners suggest? Big thanks in advance

SMSP or Hytech are some of the great headers out there. I'm sure some more N/A guys will chime in, but those two are a sure shot.

If you research those a little more you will find out that the SMSP and Hytech are great products! A buddy of mine purchased the SMSP header for his civic w/ B18cR swap, and he loved it. If i was to build another na Honda i would go with that!

for that high of a CR, look into getting the big-tube versions of any of the mentioned headers.

What's the difference between the regular 2.5 and the big tube version on the header? Is their a big difference?
