If i put Type R piston in my GSR would I have to change anything eles?...like Rods and stuff like that

 

you can use your stock gsr rods, but you would have to have your wrist pins pressed out and then pressed back into the type r pistons and gsr rods, new piston rings are recommended as well. look around its been done more than once
