Ichishima (Spoon) at A&J Racing

Today we had the pleasure of hosting Ichishima-san at the shop.

Among other things, Ichishima-san inspected Victor Penner's race ITR, fortunately he was quite pleased with it

I have discuss this with Mr. Ichishima and we will have parts specifically make for the US market.

Spoon product development and production is driven by their race activities and Japanese market demand. In the last while, we (A&J) have been giving Spoon more feedback as to US market demands, such as S2000 camshafts, and Spoon has responded.

Stiffer in the front cuz the front end of the car is heavier. The run less stiff at the back is to have the car more balance. Ichi-san seems a bit confuse when I talk about ppl uses F/R same spring rates.

I scored a pic with Mr Ichishima-san at IAS and also a pic of Merritt sitting inside the spoon s2k. However, thanks to my friend's pos digi..the pictures were lost *sigh* I wanted to ask him so many questions but he didn't seem to understand my engrish

should told him to bring a couple spoon headers over here too, just stick a couple in his luggage (Justin here, has been waiting for the longest time for his header)
