Are there any differences in the 1992 civic service manual compared to the 1995 civic service manual? Small updates, etc, anything?

 

there are minor differneces year to year, 92-95 the only thing that is iffy is the wiring, some have it and some dont, even some non vtec civics have it but dont use it at all. if you got one for just that year, i suggest you find one that is 92-95 spoonhonda.com has one for that year range, its a good pickup.
