Default Need help with dizzy issue NEED HELP FAST!

I put a POS dizzy in a little over a month ago to get me back to kansas and it got me here but just recently went out. So I got a new, good one. I put it in, and at first I did screw up the firing order, but that is fixed, but it still wont start, while I am turning the key if I press the gas it makes a boom bump sound, lol cant explain it... everything is freaking new cap, rotor... etc. NEED HELP ASAP!

Thanks

Just to add, when it originally went out, It did just go out like that, the car would shut off and not start then eventually would turn on agian for a little while etc. Then when I put the other dizzy in it was fine, well this time it was doing the exact same thing, which I had a feeling cuz that dizzy was a POS too. Yesterday I got it to start hit the gas went up like **** and shut off. Now I switched it wont start at all, and while its trying to crank I can hear air coming out of my exhaust, and when I hit the gas it makes a sound too, what the hell did I do wrong? I got the dizzy from dizzy king.

Are you sure it's a spark problem? Make sure your getting fuel.

I'm going mad, I am positive its not a fuel issue and its not the main relay.

I had same problem well sort of. I believe this advice should help. Try advancing the wires on the cap or retarding them. Good luck.

We would like verification on fuel pressure and spark please, timing is next and compression. Then what you think, spark strength.

Are you sure that when you put the new dizzy in that you had it oriented correctly. The pin on the end is offset just a small amount to one side. It is possible to put it in backwards, which means the wiring doesn't match the engine.

99% positive your firing order is incorrect.

I'm 100% sure it is correct, I finally got all the "right" tools, going to check fuel pressure, compression etc. today. I havent had time the past few days, I'll know the issue in a few hours.
