correction, is true you need spacer, or you can shave teh caliper
like when you run slick you need spacer cuz the slick will not clear the caliper, it makes your wheel pop out. like it give the hx wheels from hitting the caliper, but hx will look too small on integra.

That's not totally true, you can def run slicks on a teg w/ out spacers, they are just pieces of metal that sit between a wheel and the hub and essentially push the wheel further from the brake and the car. They create more room for bigger brakes on smaller wheels.
Edit: They are certainly used on a lot of cars that run slicks because the wheels are generally A LOT wider then stock wheels and otherwise the wheels would rub on the inside of the fender well, another reason that people rock spacers.

You can run slicks (R compound track tires, drag radials, or true slicks) on any wheel, so they don't necessarily require spacers.
The spacers do push the wheel out; however, usually, they create room because otherwise the spokes would interfere with the brakes. IOW, the spacers are needed because of the spoke design, and not because the wheels are smaller in diameter.
There are two different kinds of parts that are both often called "wheel spacers":
1. To push the wheels out a small amount (typically under half an inch), you can use flat metal plates like these (from R&S). Make sure you still have at least six full turns on the lug nuts (seven is even better); otherwise, you will need to replace the studs with longer ones.

2. To push the wheels out a larger amount (typically an inch or more), you can use parts like these (also from R&S), that include a second set of studs and are sometimes called "hub adapters".

i didnt say running slick on integra, i was saying for example, if you have gsr suspension on eg hatch, you will need to run spacer, for the slick, my friend couldnt run his slick cuz his slick didnt clear his caliper

There are a lot of things that determine whether you need spacers - not just the suspension setup, but also the width and offset of the wheels, and the shape of the spokes, and the size of the tires. It has nothing to do with the type of tire, though.
The proper answer is, "It depends."

Right. The HX wheels are not a direct bolt-on, because of the design of their spokes, which would otherwise interfere with the calipers (as you properly note).

just shave it off, and put on the inch, see if you see any gap, then it will be straight. hx doesnt really look that good on integra, i suggest you get 96 itr with itr suspension

.. so your thinking the caliber is that big to touch the slick? i was assuming you guys know what im talking about when running slick, some of the wheels doesnt clear the caliper and hit the wheel,
now are you satifsy? just wanan shortcut, thinking people is smart enough to understand what im saying,

HX wheel are 14 inch they should fit on a GSR but that is the smallest you can go without having to buy spacers, I have 14 on my GSR for it to set on while i do the build up on it, if you want HX they'll fit.

no, they need a spacer because of where the spokes are. some 14" wheels will fit without a spacer, but some will not.
