I have a LS civic and just got a fuel pressure regulator and the pressure meter
thing but I dont know what I should adjust it too I think it should be around 40?

Heres to you and your theraputic sarcasm
To the OP, get a helms and look for what the stock fuel pressure is for your B18, thats what you should set it to, unless you want more fuel, which will do nothing but make you run pig rich without proper tuning
