Yeah that is the Full mugen kit except the Hoods aren't mugen.
the rear on the 94 is from an accord wagon... notice the wagon twin loop exhaust tew

They are not the same year either
one is a 94 and the other a 96
one is has a 5 lug conversion and
mf 10 the other mf8's
one has wagon rear end and exhaust

.... but lets get technical why don't we
