Default Good sounding exhaust

Hey everyone,

I am sure this question has been asked a couple times in the past, but searching this site and finding the right post is tough, so I thought I'd just ask.

I'm looking for a good sounding exhaust for my '97 GSR. Are there any exhausts that don't sound farty or like a bumble bee when you get on the throttle? What do you guys recommend?

Hmmm....well exhaust usually is farty or sounds like a bumble bee. Greddy & DC sound like farts....Apexi n1 and racing meddalion are the raspy bee sounds. I guess Apexi WS would be the best bet for a quite clean sounding exhst. But i would go with an n1 or 5zigen fireball

RS*R is nice if you can still find one. Apexi World Sport is real nice sounding too.

Hyper is a great exhaust, nice and quiet and a strait through design, flows 10x's better than the apexi WS yet is still quiet due to it's large canister design (more sound absorbing material.) Here is a pic of it on my GSR. I painted the can flat black to give it more of a stealthy appearance.

Yes they are bronze. PW VS-04 16x7 42mm offset 14.3 pounds. Not sure if they still make them.
