i havent FULLY read the different brake set ups for eg's. will this set up work for my 92 hb? i kno the back will. how about the front. and if so, which do people prefer, inetegra's or si's. thanks

The fronts will work as well, all you need to do is use your stock UCA's. (Upper Control Arms)
As far as preference, the Integra and 99-00 Si brakes are the same size.
