Got ripped off by Chris Diehl (mplex2000@yahoo.com)
I recently bought a Alpine CD Player from him for 55shipped. I paid him thru Paypal and he sent me the Alpine Unit. At first he didn't send me the harness for it, and I asked him about it and he sent the harness to me 3 day later. I installed the Cd player into my car the day I got the harness. The power and everything else seemed to work fine, but the Alpine unit wouldn't play CD's and couldn't eject the CD. I asked him nicely to refund my money since it doesn't work and he claims that," it did work when he had it and its not his problem anymore."
He also said that, "why would he want a broken CD player back."
I would like my money back for a broken CD Player. Don't buy anything from
him.

I had this problem once with a Alpine cd player. It happened when this girl put in a cheap burnt disc in it. I got it fixed under warranty. I don't see why it is his fault. If the cd player was broken and didn't eject cd's when he gave it to you how come there wasn't one stuck in there the first place??
There was a CD in there, it looks like a burnt CD too. I tried it already a burnt CD or a regular CD, same thing. You had to tilt the Cd player down for it to Eject.
Prove your point.

mplex is a good guy.. i dont see why he would sell you a faulty alpine unit. there was a CD already in it? if there was a CD already in it... why were you still requesting the harness? hmmm... lets see what he has to say about it. chris?

it's your word against his.
but what do you expect for $55 for a cd player. come on now.
when you buy things used everything is sold as is unless you can check it out before hand.
if you don't want to dish out the cash for a new unit, you take your chances.

Quit crying and accept things as they are. These are the risks you take.
Post my address all you want ... if you have friends in the area, send them over if that's what you are trying to do.
I tried to help you in email, but you can't expect me to take a broken CD player back from you when I sent it out in perfect working order.
I gave you a working head unit for $55 shipped. Now you want me to give you $64 to take it back now that it's broken.
Sorry man, I am sick of getting the short end of the stick. I would have insured it, (and I wish I would have so I would not have to listen to you crying now that it was either broken in shipment or by you) but damn man I only charged $55 SHIPPED for it. Next time ask for insurance.
BY THE WAY, you did NOT ask me about the harness, I found it laying on my table the day after I shipped the head unit and emailed YOU telling YOU I forgot it and would send it (and I did, via Priority just like the head unit) so I spent like $12 on shipping, and after Paypal fees I think I must have made $40. What a good deal I got. I am going to have to start ripping people off like this all the time. I mean, it's a whole lot of trouble for $40, but hey, it's $40....give me a break. And you say it won't eject CD's? Gee, that's the first mention I have heard of this. Is this a new problem it developed after not playing CDs?

Maybe the white boys are not the dumb ones since you're the one that can't speak or type proper English (and it looks more and more like you broke my poor Alpine).

ya know some thing happened to me. i sold a whole sound system over ebay, deck changer subwoofer amp etc. when she gets it she tells me its broken and she wants a refund. i tell her it was working when i had it, she doesnt buy it. theres a CD in the deck and because of that she thinks i stole the system.
