i used to run to that pipe that is in the intake tube. in your picture there is a hose w/a white strip connected to the pipe i'm talking about.

that hose (the one with a white line is a coolant hose though) while the line im trying to figure out where it goes is a breather line im assuming.

that hose is not a oem honda hose. looks like it was rerouted. look at these pictures:
look at the hose connected to the t/b. it's running somewhere else, where yours is connected to the piping i was talking about. looks like the iavc was by passed, which is done to get rid of rough irratic idles.

but according to this pic everything is hooked up right and its almost like i have an "extra" hose with no where to connect it.
